Five Stars 게임 서비스 종료로 인해 24년 07월부터 결제한 모든 이력에 대해 일괄 처리해 드리고자 했으나
App Store 정책으로 인해 IOS 결제 이력만 환불처리를 진행하지 못 했습니다.
관련하여 안내말씀 드리오니 참고 부탁 드립니다.

We would like to inform you about the refund process due to the termination of the Five Stars game service.
Due to the termination of the Five Stars game service, we intended to process refunds for all transactions made since July 2024. However, we were unable to process refunds for iOS transactions due to App Store policies.
Please refer to the following information.
1. Windows PC : Refunds for all transactions made in July 2024 have been completed.
2. Google Play : Refunds for all transactions made in July 2024 have been completed.
3. App Store : Refunds cannot be processed due to App Store policies.

└ Unfortunately, Heirs will need to request refunds directly through the App Store.

In summary, the Mineral Hub Foundation has stated that withdrawals of minerals will be managed 'in a new operating environment' rather than through the Five Stars game.
As a result, it no longer seems meaningful for us to maintain the Five Stars game service.

The NetFlavor operations team, while monitoring the progress of the MineralHub Foundation, observed on Telegram 'Mineral KOREA' that starting from 4:40 PM on July 18, 2024, MineralHub Manager Offical(modify) released a statement from the [MineralHub Foundation], followed by an [AMA].
Through the AMA, various actions were discussed, and around 5:33 PM, the Mineral Foundation issued the following statement. (Telegram times are in UTC+9)

Position Statement on the Termination of the Five Stars Game Service

Greetings, Heirs of Five Stars. This is Hong Jeongki, CEO of Net Flavor Co., Ltd., the operator of Five Stars. We would like to express our position on the unilateral termination announcement of the Five Stars game service by the current Mineral Hub Foundation. At the request of the former Mineral Hub Foundation director, we signed a service operation contract for three months (until July 31, 2024). Despite multiple discussions with the current Mineral Hub Foundation director regarding the contract terms, no final operational agreement was reached due to differences in positions between both parties. To maintain the Five Stars game service, we proposed a 'temporary suspension' until the service could be transferred and handed over to a new operator. However, the Mineral Hub Foundation unilaterally announced the 'termination of game service'. The MNR token is integrated into the in-game payment system of Five Stars, which we service. By declaring the termination of game service, the current Mineral Hub Foundation has failed to fulfill its obligation to recharge the MNR tokens used for withdrawals in the Five Stars game. This indicates a lack of intention to maintain the game service and shifts the responsibility for service termination to the operator. Nevertheless, to minimize user harm, we will not terminate the Five Stars game service. We will continue the game service until users can withdraw their MNR tokens as much as possible. Despite having to bear all operational costs for the game service, we believe this is the best measure to minimize user harm. Accordingly, we plan to increase the limit for exchanging 'Star Crystals' for 'MNR tokens' in the game. However, please understand that if the "Foundation Wallet" lacks MNR tokens, the withdrawal function will be temporarily suspended and will resume once the wallet is replenished. Additionally, we clarify that we do not hold any MNR tokens and have no authority or responsibility for recharging MNR tokens. Thank you for your continued interest and support in Five Stars, and I am very sad to tell you the disappointing news today. As the operator of Five Stars, Netplever has been making every effort to provide a smooth game service for the past three months. However, we have reached a situation where we can no longer continue to provide the game service, and we have decided to suspend the service. The Five Stars game service will be maintained until the end of July 2024, as agreed with the Mineral Hub Foundation. After that, the Five Stars game service will be discontinued starting on August 1st. As soon as a successor operator is selected by the Mineral Hub Foundation, we will do our best to complete the transfer of operations as quickly as possible and work actively to ensure that the Five Stars game service can be resumed.
