Five Stars 게임 환불 진행 사항에 대해 안내 말씀 드립니다.

Five Stars 게임 서비스 종료로 인해 24년 07월부터 결제한 모든 이력에 대해 일괄 처리해 드리고자 했으나 

App Store 정책으로 인해 IOS 결제 이력만 환불처리를 진행하지 못 했습니다. 

관련하여 안내말씀 드리오니 참고 부탁 드립니다. 

1.  Windows PC : 2024년 07월 모든 결제 내역 환불 처리 완료 

2. Google Play : 2024년 07월 모든 결제 내역 환불 처리 완료 

3. App Store : 앱스토어 정책으로 인해 환불 처리 불가

└ 앱스토어 정책상 일괄처리가 불가하여 환불 처리가 진행되지 못 했습니다. 

└ 불편하시겠지만, App Store를 통해 계승자 여러분께서 직접 환불 접수를 해 주셔야할 것 같습니다.

         (1) http://reportaproblem.apple.com 페이지에 로그인합니다. 

         (2) '문제 선택'을 탭하거나 클릭한 후 '환불 요청'을 선택합니다.

         (3) 환불을 원하는 이유를 선택하고 '다음'을 선택합니다.

         (4) 앱, 구독 또는 기타 항목을 선택한 다음 '제출'을 선택합니다.

Greetings, Heirs of Five Stars, 

this is NetFlavor's Five Stars operations team.

We would like to inform you about the refund process due to the termination of the Five Stars game service.

Due to the termination of the Five Stars game service, we intended to process refunds for all transactions made since July 2024. However, we were unable to process refunds for iOS transactions due to App Store policies.

Please refer to the following information.

1. Windows PC : Refunds for all transactions made in July 2024 have been completed.

2. Google Play : Refunds for all transactions made in July 2024 have been completed.

3. App Store : Refunds cannot be processed due to App Store policies. 

└ Due to App Store policies, batch processing is not possible, and refunds could not be processed. 

└ Unfortunately, Heirs will need to request refunds directly through the App Store.

      <App Store Refund Procedure>

       (1) Log in to http://reportaproblem.apple.com.

       (2) Tap or click "Select Problem" and choose "Request a refund."

       (3) Select the reason for your refund request and click "Next."

       (4) Select the app, subscription, or other item, then click "Submit."

For those who used App Store for payments, please follow the instructions above to request a refund.

계승자 여러분, 죄송합니다. 다시한번 무거운 결정을 하게 되었습니다. 

게임 서비스 일시 중단이 아닌 '게임 서비스 종료'를 결정할 수 밖에 없는 상황에 대해 계승자 여러분의 이해를 구하고자 간단히 설명을 드리고자 합니다. 

즉, 미네랄 허브 재단에서는 

파이브스타즈 게임을 통해 미네랄을 출금하는 방식이 아닌 '새로운 운영 환경에서 출금하도록 조치 예정이다' 라고 입장을 밝힌 바이며

당사는 더이상 파이브스타즈 게임 서비스를 유지하는 것이 의미가 없게 되버린 것 같습니다. 

이로 인해 진심으로 죄송한 마음이지만, 파이브스타즈 게임 서비스 종료를 결정하게 되었습니다.

게임 서비스 종료, 쉽지 않은 결정을 내리게 되었습니다.

Greetings, Heirs of Five Stars, 

this is NetFlavor's Five Stars operations team.

Heirs, we are deeply sorry. Once again, we have had to make a difficult decision.

We would like to briefly explain the situation that has led us to decide on the 'termination of game service' rather than a temporary suspension, and ask for the understanding of all Heirs.

In summary, the Mineral Hub Foundation has stated that withdrawals of minerals will be managed 'in a new operating environment' rather than through the Five Stars game.

As a result, it no longer seems meaningful for us to maintain the Five Stars game service.

We sincerely apologize, but we have decided to terminate the Five Stars game service.

We wanted to ensure the best possible conclusion to minimize the impact on our Heirs within the Five Stars game, but we apologize for not being able to resolve all issues within the game.

It was not an easy decision to terminate the game service.

마찬가지로, Five Stars 운영사는 미네랄 허브 재단측에서 투명한 후속 조치가 될 수 있도록

Notice on the User-Specific DB for MNR Exchangeable Assets in the Five Stars Game(2024.07.26 5:30pm) 

Greetings, Heirs of Five Stars, 

this is NetFlavor's Five Stars operations team.

We tried our best to maintain the service to allow Heirs to directly withdraw their MNR tokens. 

However, since the Mineral Hub Foundation has announced that they will "apply and add features in a new operating environment ecosystem and enable withdrawals," 

the NetFlavor Five Stars operations team can no longer assist within the game.

As a result, the Five Stars operations team has aligned with the steps announced by the Mineral Hub Foundation through the AMA on Telegram 'Mineral KOREA.' 

We have completed the final update for the Five Stars game on 24-07-26 (Friday) and stopped any changes in the 'MNR exchangeable asset quantities' within the game to quickly deliver the "Five Stars game user DB and information" data to the Mineral Hub Foundation.

As promised earlier to all Heirs,

the Five Stars operations team delivered the 'Final MNR Exchangeable Asset Quantities DB' of Heirs to the Mineral Hub Foundation on 24-07-26 (Friday) at 05:10 AM (UTC+0). (Please note that this information is based on the game DB as of 24-07-26 (Friday) 05:10 AM (UTC+0).)

Similarly, to ensure transparency in follow-up actions by the Mineral Hub Foundation, 

the Five Stars operations team will also share the 'Final MNR Exchangeable Asset Quantities DB' with Heirs, which was delivered to the Mineral Hub Foundation.

넷플레버 운영사는 미네랄 허브 재단의 진행 상황을 체크하기 위해 텔레그램을 모니터링하던 중 텔레그램 'Mineral KOREA' 에서 2024.07.18 오후 4:40 부터 

MineralHub Manager Offical(수정) 관리자의 [미네랄 허브 재단] 입장문을 시작으로 [AMA]를  진행한 것이 확인되었습니다. 

미네랄 허브 재단이 AMA를 통해 여러 행보에 대해 이야기하며 오후 5:33경에 다음과 같은 입장을 밝혔습니다. (텔레그램 시간은 UTC+9 기준 임을 말씀 드립니다)

이에 넷플레버는 계승자 여러분의 소중한 재화인 "스타조각, 스타결정, 스테이킹" 수량의 변동 시점을 중지하고 

최대한 빠른 시일에 미네랄 허브 재단에  'MNR 교환 가능한 게임내 재화 수량'을 전달하기 위해 다음과 같이 업데이트를 진행할 예정입니다.

급작스런 업데이트에 불편함이 있겠지만,

한시라도 빠르게 계승자 여러분께서 보유하고 있는 최종 수량을 전달하기 위함이오니 너그러운 양해 부탁 드립니다.

Greetings, Heirs of Five Stars, this is NetFlavor's Five Stars operations team.

The NetFlavor operations team, while monitoring the progress of the MineralHub Foundation, observed on Telegram 'Mineral KOREA' that starting from 4:40 PM on July 18, 2024, MineralHub Manager Offical(modify) released a statement from the [MineralHub Foundation], followed by an [AMA].

Through the AMA, various actions were discussed, and around 5:33 PM, the Mineral Foundation issued the following statement. (Telegram times are in UTC+9)

[Excerpt from the MineralHub Foundation AMA]

"Withdrawal of Star Fragments and NFTs will be processed by requesting NetFlavor to hand over user DB and information, enabling application, feature addition, and withdrawal in a new operating environment ecosystem."

In response, NetFlavor will halt any changes in the quantities of your valuable assets such as "Star Fragments, Star Crystals, and Staking" and will proceed with the following update to deliver the 'MNR exchangeable in-game asset quantities' to the Mineral Foundation as quickly as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this sudden update, but we ask for your understanding as we aim to promptly deliver your final holdings.

2. Update Details

I. Some content rewards will be changed

- Arena Season Rewards: Star Fragments => Changed to Diamonds (effective from July Arena Season rewards)

- Dimensional Rift Boss Trace Box: Star Fragments => Changed to Diamonds

II. Some functions will be discontinued

- Clan [donation] function will be discontinued.

- [Great Success] function in crafting will be discontinued.

- Sales of [Star Crystal items] in the shop will be discontinued.

- The marketplace's item [selling, bulk selling, and purchasing] functions will be suspend.

- Settlement in the marketplace will be suspended from 02:00 AM (UTC+0) on 24-07-25, so please settle promptly before this time.

- (Additional) The marketplace [buy in bulk] feature will be discontinued.

III. Others

- The staking release fee will be adjusted to 1 Diamond.

- The types of currency required for crafting will be changed from Star Crystals to Diamonds.

- Attendance rewards for Star Crystals will end on 2024.08.01.

As of 2024.07.26(modify), we plan to compile and deliver the DB (wallet addresses, total holdings of Star Fragments/Star Crystals/Staking) of successors to the Mineral Foundation on a per-user basis.
